1.管状正极板
活性物质藏于微孔管塑料套筒里，管筒具有极强的吸附力，保证活性物质不会脱落，管筒表面布满细小微孔，允许电解质和氧进入与活性物质起化电反应。
2.栅格负极板
活性物质以涂膏状挤压在栅板上，栅板合金含钙量严格控制于0.06%有效防止腐蚀。降低氫的析出，保证的复合率。
3.凝胶电解质
电解液浮于摇溶性胶质，酸液的额定浓度为12.4KG/L。在使用末期，其浓度一般不会超过12.5KG/L.
4.微孔分隔板
对酸液呈惰性，能有效地将正负极两极板分隔。分隔板表面带微孔，允许氧气从中迁移，以进行氧循环中和反应
5.ABS塑料外壳
电池外壳以抗老化，抗冲击好的ABS防火塑料所制成，壳体上、下两部分接合处成槽状，在高温条件下融合为一体。顶盖有极柱的方向，安装时方便快捷。
5.防暴安全阀
低压单向阀，能保证及时排放过量内压，又防止大气进入电池里，外加防暴气垫，有明火也不会引起灾害。
6.极柱密封垫
有极柱密封件，防腐纣垫和橡胶环管三个部件组成，确保极柱根部与顶盖接触面没有空隙。除保证密封性良好更有效防止正极柱出现缝隙腐蚀现象。
7.内螺纹极柱
銅质芯棒可低受高倍率放电电流通过，极柱含阴螺纹，安装时安全可靠，避免了运输或安装时招致损坏。

4. Microporous partition plate

The battery shell is made of ABS fireproof plastic withanti-aging and impact resistance. The upper and lower two parts ofthe shell are slotted and fused into one body at high temperature.The top cover has the direction of pole post, which is convenientand fast during installation.
5. Anti riot safety valve
The low-pressure one-way valve can ensure the timely dischargeof excess internal pressure and prevent the atmosphere fromentering the battery. With an anti riot air cushion, there will beno disaster even if there is an open fire.
6. Pole sealing gasket
It is composed of pole seal, anti-corrosion gasket and rubberring pipe to ensure that there is no gap between the root of poleand the contact surface of top cover. In addition to ensuring goodsealing, it is more effective to prevent crevice corrosion of thepositive pole.
7. Internal thread pole
The copper core rod can pass through with low high ratedischarge current, and the pole column contains female thread. Itis safe and reliable during installation, avoiding damage duringtransportation or installation.
