Battery charging mode of poly nuclear rechargeable battery
The appropriate battery charging method is constant currentsource over-current protection battery charging method (regardlessof floating charge, uniform charge, or battery charging statusafter charging and discharging), so it is highly recommended to usecharging head with constant current source over-current protectionfunction!
1. The rechargeable battery must be charged before the capitalis put into operation. The charging battery should be charged underthe current limit of constant current source. The starting andending current is limited to 0.08c10 (a) (for example, C10 is a1000ah rechargeable battery, 0.08 C10 = 0.08 × 1000 = 80 (a)). Whenthe indoor temperature is 25 ℃, the working voltage of rechargeablebattery is limited to 2.25v-2.28v/module rechargeable battery. Theworking voltage of battery charging should be adjusted with thechange of working temperature (see Table 1). It is stronglyrecommended that the charging time of the battery should be 24-48huntil the current is a stable value, generally less than 1 m a / ah(C3). If the deep charging and discharging experiment should becarried out before the charging battery C is delivered for use, thecontinuous battery charging for 6 days should be less after theexperiment.
2. In order to avoid the sexual damage and volume damage of therechargeable battery (due to the ineffective condensation of leadoxide, it is impossible to completely restore the composite type,resulting in reduced volume damage), after all charging anddischarging, the battery charging should be started immediately,and for a long time, it should not exceed 24 hours. When the indoortemperature is 25 ℃, the lithium battery pack is charged with0.08c10 (a) constant current flow. When the average working voltageof the rechargeable battery increases to 2.26v, the battery ischanged to 2.26v/module to charge the constant current sourcebattery. When the current is stable at a small stable value anddoes not change for 3 hours, the lithium battery pack is full. Theworking voltage of battery charging should be adjusted with thechange of working temperature (see Table 1).
3. Fast charging. When the working voltage of the battery isincreased to 2.40v/module, the charging time can be reduced. Thestarting and stopping current limit is 0.15c10 (a). When theworking voltage of battery charging reaches the specified value andthe current lasts for 3 hours, the battery charging will bestopped.
4. The floating charging voltage of the rechargeable battery is2.25v-2.28v/module rechargeable battery at room temperature of 25℃.
